Bashakill Birding and Kayaking

A full day of outdoor fun at the Bashakill Wildlife Management Area. Start with a leisurely walk from the main boat launch to view migrating waterfowl, songbirds, and nesting Bald Eagles. Then we will break until 2:30 pm and take to the water in kayaks from the same boat launch. You can either bring your own or rent them nearby from the Mamakating Environmental Education Center. Please leave plenty of time to transport your kayaks by 2:30.
