Spring 2022

Welcome to spring! We relish the chirps and calls of newly returning birds, and the budding growth of flowers waiting to bloom. As our gardens, shrubs and trees begin to break their way out of their slumber, one can almost feel the growth happening!

Join us in this first of our fully online e-newsletters. All articles in the newsletter are posted as links to the left. Clicking on any of the links will take you to that article. We hope you enjoy!

In-lieu of Announcements and Bequests

It’s easy to include an “in-lieu of request” asking your friends and relatives to donate to OCAS instead of sending flowers or other gifts for your celebratory and commemorative occasions. The Orange County Audubon Society is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please contact us through our website or by mail to PO Box 1286, Warwick, NY 10990 to discuss your donation plans.

Would you consider OCAS in your estate planning? A bequest is the most traditional way to provide significant support for worthwhile causes. Some prefer to specify a one-time bequest while others bestow a generous annual contribution over a period of years. We would love to discuss with you about making your bequest to OCAS, please call 845-360-0508 or email info@orangecountynyaudubon.org
